Dr. Ameet Kumar brings a rare dual board certification in Family Medicine and Sleep Medicine to every patient encounter. He founded Lone Star Primary Care & Sleep Center with a simple belief: that quality sleep is the foundation of total health. After training at top academic centers and spending years in practice, he noticed how many patients struggled with undiagnosed sleep disorders — and how dramatically their lives improved once treated.
